Salma's Vault is not affiliated, associated or officially connected to any of the brands listed within the site. Please note all items are second hand unless stated as 'brand new'. Trademarks and copyrights are reserved to the original brands.

If the customer does not agree with our terms of service then we recommend refraining from purchasing.

1. Shipping 

All items are shipped via the selected method at checkout via Royal Mail. If you are not confident using this courier, please do not purchase. Once a tracking number has been issued to the customer, Salma's Vault does not assume any responsibility of the sale past this point. Every courier is subject to delays/lost packages, if your package is lost, please get in touch with us via the 'Contact Us' page and we will aim to resolve the issue. Refunds are not issued under any circumstance in regards to shipment, all queries/claims are to be taken up with Royal Mail. All items are marked with the real value, therefore in the instance a claim has to be filed, the courier may refund the item in full in which this will be refunded to Salma's Vault and the customer invoice will then be refunded. This process can take up to 30 days so patience is advised.

2. Returns and Refunds policy

Returns are not accepted. Under no circumstance are refunds issued unless Salma's Vault is at fault. In the event in we are at fault and assume responsibility, items must be returned with the tags still attached, using a tracked service and issues must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the item(s). All items are carefully inspected and thoroughly investigated prior to debuting on the website. Also, images are taken prior to shipment to ensure the customer cannot claim any flaws that may occur in transit or once item has been received. Due to the thorough inspection process prior to uploading and shipping the item, refunds are not accepted as all flaws are listed in the description and set of images. All items are to be considered second hand and used unless the item is brand new which will be listed in the description, signs of wear and flaws are to be expected with every item due to wear and tear over the years and through the course of difference owners. 

International customers should be aware of potential custom fees that may occur. The real item value will be listed on the custom documentation therefore the buyer is to assume all responsibility in paying the fees. If the fees are not paid, the item will be returned to Salma's Vault. If the buyer still would like the item once returned to us, an additional shipping fee is to be paid by the buyer.  If the item is lost via transit, the buyer will be expected to contact Salma's Vault to organise a claim via Royal Mail.

3. Chargebacks/Fraudulent activity

Any orders marked as fraudulent will not be fulfilled nor shipped. Billing addresses that differ to the shipping address run the risk of not being fulfilled resulting in an immediate refund. Please do contact us if you feel as though your item was incorrectly marked as fraudulent.

Please do not contact Salma's Vault via Instagram direct messages in regards to offers. All queries are to be submitted via email or the Contact Us section located above. Chargebacks are not tolerated under any circumstances, the buyer will be blacklisted from any further purchases and all proof will be provided to the relevant agencies to prove the purchase was intentional and the buyer is attempting to scam. You are stealing from a small business.

Please remember Salma's Vault is a small team, response times and shipping timeframes are an aim, not a guarantee unless Next Day 1pm delivery has been selected at checkout. Please be kind when taking this into consideration, abuse will be blocked.
