How do I know your items are authentic?
Salma's Vault has 5 years experience in handling luxury vintage designer goods. All items are carefully inspected and authenticated. Some items may come with authenticity cards or dust bags that belong to the original item however this is not a guarantee with all items. However, this does not mean the items are inauthentic if cards/dust bags are not provided, the items listed are vintage meaning they can range from 10-25 years old and may have been passed down throughout different owners overtime. Are your items brand new?
In most cases, no, items are typically second hand therefore are subject to signs of wear. The term vintage implies that the item is at least 10 years old. Signs of wear depend on the previous owners storage and usage methods. All flaws are pictured and detailed within the items description. All items are thoroughly inspected therefore returns will not be issued, items are also photographed prior to shipment therefore any 'new' flaws that appear once the customer receives the item are not the responsibility of Salma's Vault.
